Katerina and her husband, Kostas, established Maistrali Restaurant, Loutraki, in 1997.
Katerina’s story is a love story! It is a story about her love of Greek cooking and her love for her husband Kostas. When they met, Katerina was pursuing a career in business law. Kostas had a dream to own a restaurant, to cook. Katerina left behind her career, and together with Kostas, they made his dream come true. They now own and run together a very popular and successful restaurant. Katerina has never regretted her choice. She loves cooking, creating the tastiest of Greek dishes.
Only the best is good enough for Katerina. She will buy only the freshest of fish, the best quality vegetables, with which she creates traditional dishes that are enjoyed, by the Greeks and by visitors looking for that special taste of Greece alike.
Situated on the seafront, the cooling breezes from which the Maistrali takes its name, are absolute bliss, especially during the high temperatures of the Greek summers.
