Kostas, the chef at his family’s restaurant, has an extensive and diverse professional experience; he was trained as a chef in France, Switzerland, and, of course, Greece – the mainland and the Islands.
Kostas loves to travel and when he travels he cooks. He brings back to Greece new ideas that he works into Greek dishes, adding that extra something. Kostas loves to be different, loves to experiment, and loves to try out something new. He cooks traditional Greek food, but sometimes he might add a twist, a little bit of himself.
