Tallis Mediterranean and Greek Cooking Vacations offers custom packages of active vacation, a combination of hands-on Greek cooking and baking classes, historic and cultural tours, special events, and meetings and lectures for professional seminars. The culinary vacation can be four to eight days. Every detail is meticulously planned and custom tailored to the goals, aspirations, make-up, and needs of every group.
Non-participants in cooking classes can join all other activities at no additional cost (except for classes and the meals that follow). There will be an additional fee to join the meals and advance arrangement is required.
At all meals, house wine is included at no charge. Other wines and drinks are subject to an additional charge.
All tours include an English-speaking guide (option for other languages by pre-arrangement).
Hotels are 4 – 5 stars, bed and breakfast.
Lunch / dinner included as outlined in the program.

Tallis will do its utmost to implement the program in full. All planned activities may be subject to change. In such an event, Tallis will provide an appropriate alternate activity, coordinated insofar as possible in advance with a representative of the group.
