Our chefs are traditional Greek taverna and restaurant owners, each boasting his or her own unique personality. We match the chefs and tavernas with the group, taking into account all important aspects. Classes last about 4.5 hours. They include preparing a menu consisting of courses representing the finest traditional Mediterranean Greek dishes. All group members participate in preparing the meal. After class, participants sit down to enjoy the dishes they have prepared.
All of the ingredients used are natural and part of the Mediterranean diet. Chefs give detailed explanations about the unique Mediterranean diet products, which are substitutes for the products we know and use.
For classes that end at dinner time, we can offer a performance by a Greek band, bouzouki (with or without a dance instructor). The group will never forget the feeling of togetherness that results from these heart-warming Syrtaki dances.
